Mgr. Jaroslava Macková (1991) graduated at the Comenius University in Bratislava and received her master degree in psychology in 2017. During her study, she was interested in social, clinical psychology and various field of psychotherapy and she was also volunteering in two non-profit organizations. Since 2014 she is a member of the Slovak association of students and graduates of psychology and a part of an editorial board of its journal. In her diploma thesis, she was focused on implicit and explicit prejudices towards Roma. At present time she has become a part of the Care4Youth study as a PhD. student at P.J.Safarik University in Kosice. Her PhD thesis is focused on the impact of selected risk and protective factors on the healthy development of adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems.
