From September 1–4, 2026, our PhD student Mária Lesičková participated in the 40th Annual Conference of the European Health Psychology Society (EHPS 2026), entitled “Digital Innovations in Health: Harnessing the Power of Technology and AI”, held in Pafos, Cyprus.

As part of the conference, she presented a poster entitled “Societal worries and mental health in adolescents: Does gender play a role?”, featuring selected findings from a pilot study conducted within the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) study in Slovakia. The poster focused on adolescents’ societal worries and their associations with mental health, with particular attention to gender differences.
