Our team was last week a part of three submited Horizon 2024 projects.
First is the CACE-EU Co-creating Accessible Care in Europe – Enabling Underserved Families with aim to improve access to health and care services – including preventive, primary and secondary care – for families in vulnerable situations by implementing a family navigation program to facilitate and optimize health and social care accessibility and usage and with that to improve health outcomes for these populations.

Second, People@Heart: Personalised, Predictive, and Participatory Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease in a Learning Healthcare System has the main goal to implement a dynamic, Personalised, Predictive, and Participatory Prevention strategy to CVD and design a sustainable and scalable Learning Healthcare System, the spearhead being real-world evidence-based strategies for individualised primary prevention of CVD in both primary and secondary care settings, contextualised to diverse European healthcare systems.

Third, BridgeToFertility New therapeutic tools for non-receptive endometrium aim to provide a personalized approach to studying unexplained infertility and develop an artificial intelligence (AI) tool for predicting fertility status and treatment potential.
