Maryna Fedorenko

Mgr. Maryna Fedorenko (1989) received her Bachelor’s degree (2010) and her Master’s degree (2011) in Psychology from Faculty of special pedagogy and psychology, National Pedagogical M. P. Dragomanov University (Kyiv, Ukraine). The topic of the master’s thesis was: “Features of psychological prevention of preschool children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder”. From 2011, she worked as the lecturer of the Department of Special Psychology and Medicine of the National Pedagogical M. P. Dragomanov University (Kyiv, Ukraine). Since 2012 to 2015 – graduate school at the National Pedagogical M. P. Dragomanov University. Her PhD thesis was about “Psychodiagnostics and psychocorrection of hyperactivity syndrome in children of preschool age with mental retardation” in the specialty – Psychology. She had been actively practicing psychology – as a consultant psychologist for children and adolescents with special needs in Psychological-medical-psychological commission (Kyiv region, Ukraine).

At the present time she is a PhD student at the Department of Health Psychology and Research Methodology, Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Her PhD thesis is focused on Gender differences in mental health of adolescents“.
