Ľubica Pamulová

Mgr. Ľubica Pamulová (1997) received her Bachelor’s degree (2020) and her Master’s degree (2022) in Psychology from Faculty of Arts, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Bachelor thesis was focused on „Action crisis and coping with problems in achieving the smoking reduction goal“. The importance of this work was to examine the links between the action crisis in achieving the smoking goal and between coping strategies, types of obstacles and current stress levels. Masters thesis was about „Identification of obstacles to goal achievement and self-reflection“. The intention was to get acquainted with the context of obstacle identification, self-reflection, rumination, negative emotions and progress in achieving the goal of young adults. In the past she was a school psychologist at a high school, where she worked with young people. At the present time she is a PhD student at the Department of Health Psychology and Research Methodology, Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Her PhD thesis is focused on „System of care for adolescents with emotional and behavioural problems from the view of adolescents“.
