Diana Jakubčová

Mgr. Diana Jakubčová (2001) received her Bachelor’s degree (2023) and Master’s degree (2025) in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts, University of Prešov.

Her Bachelor’s thesis, titled “The Link between Problematic Gaming and Aspects of the Family Environment, explored associations between problematic gaming behavior and selected family-related factors.

Her Master’s thesis, “Attachment Styles and Relationship Satisfaction as Predictors of Pornography Use, examined how different attachment styles and relationship satisfaction predict the frequency and patterns of pornography use among individuals in romantic relationships.

She is currently a PhD student at the Department of Health Psychology and Research Methodology, Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Her PhD thesis, “Analysis of the Impact of Selected Disease Factors, Clinical and Therapeutic Procedures and Psychosocial Characteristics on the Level of Health-Related Quality of Life in Patients with Hepatological Disease (Steatosis, Cirrhosis, Cholangitis)”, aims to identify and evaluate key determinants influencing quality of life in patients with liver diseases.
