Laura Bittó Urbanová, Msc. (1992) received her Master degree in psychology in 2017 at P.J. Šafárik University in Košice. During her university studies she worked with people with mental disorders at day care center ZPP Radosť, where her main responsibility was prepraring activities which should support clients cognitive skills. She also worked in Child Line of Trust, where she took a part in promotion of activities of this organization. The aim of this organisation was to provide social support for children in crisis situation. After her studies she worked as research assistant in project organised by Technical University in Kosice which aim was find out how people make economic decisions. Her main responsibility was doing interwievs with different groups of people, especially in segregated Roma settlements. She also took a part in project Care4Youth which focuses on children and adolescents who enter the healthcare system due to emotional and behavioural disorders. Currently, she is PhD student at the Institute of Public Health, Medical Faculty of P.J. Šafárik University in Košice. Her PhD thesis is focused on research of risks and benefits of using the Internet and modern technologies and their impact on health of Slovak adolescents. She is also a member of Health Behaviour of School-aged Children study (HBSC).
